SERVERTAB complies with the
ACS Assured Advice scheme
ACS (the Association of Convenience Stores) is the trade association representing convenience stores in the UK. They publish Assured Advice which includes this guidance on how to comply with the tobacco display ban which is in force for large stores already and will come into force for stores under 280sq.m. on the 6th April 2015. Download it here. This advice shows that overhead display solutions such SERVERTAB by Expotutto are compliant with the regulations.
Retailers that are members of ACS can formally join the ACS Assured Advice scheme as a free benefit of membership. By formally joining the scheme retailers can have the reassurance that their approach to compliance is legally correct and will not be challenged or changed by their local authority.
